We are pleased to announce that Northern Streams 2011 will be 1-3 April this year. We have invited back those who couldn't make it due to the volcano last year, namely, Anders Aasberg (Halling Dancer & Eurovision Winner 2009 from Norway); The Dancing Danes and Hal & Nikolaj (Danish Folk Award Winners 2009).
Joining them will be Sigrid Moldestad (Norwegian Musician of the Year 2010) and band, the Celtic Nyckelharpa Project featuring Gavin Pennycook, Folklorist - James MacDonald Reid and Nu-Nordic band, Fribo.
As part of Ceilidh Culture, we will have concerts, workshops and sessions in Edinburgh 1-2 April and are looking to have some events in Glasgow on 3 April. More details soon!

Next Singers' Session 08/02/11 - Royal Oak
Happy New Year! Just a reminder that the next monthly Singers' Session in the Royal Oak downstairs lounge (Infirmary Street, Edinburgh) is Tuesday 8 February, from 8pm until 11pm approx, and thereafter on the 2nd Tuesday of the month. No admission charge.
